Striving for energy independence
In 2023 we produced over 40% of our total energy consumption ourselves. 25% of this was generated thanks to cogeneration engines, and 15% is the result of investments in photovoltaic panels located on the roofs of our production plants. Not only do they reduce our carbon footprint, but they also contribute to our energy independence.
Low carbon footprint
In 2023, we managed to reduce the carbon footprint of anodised aluminium columns by 54% compared to galvanised steel structures. This is a result that motivates us to continue our sustainability efforts and implement more eco-friendly solutions.

The closed circular economy is one of our core values. We analyse all stages of our anodised aluminium columns' life cycle and strive to maintain a balance between the operational needs resulting from the specificity of our industry and the protection of the natural environment.

Minimum 50-year service life
The high durability of aluminium translates into long-term durability of the structure, including ROSA columns, whose service life, confirmed by tests by the Independent Association of Polish Mechanical Engineers and Technicians, reaches over 50 years. This is inextricably linked to a positive impact on the natural environment, because long-lasting quality allows you to avoid constant modernisation and repairs that consume additional amounts of energy, cause environmental pollution and generate new costs.
100% recyclable
At the end of their service life, products made of 100% anodised aluminium are subject to unlimited recycling without losing their properties and material qualities. The anodising process, that our products undergo, does not affect the possibility of recycling. Effective aluminium recycling allows you to save up to 95% of the energy needed to produce new material, without losing its properties. In terms of environmental protection, this process allows you to reduce the amount of solid waste by 100%, reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere several times over and minimise water consumption by up to 97%.
