    What will your personal data be used for?

    Your personal data are processed in order to establish or maintain business relations between you and ZPSO ROSA Stanisław Rosa, for the purpose of direct marketing of products, as well as for the purpose of sending commercial information within the meaning of the Act on the provision of electronic services, provided that you have agreed to receive them.
     

    On what basis will we process your personal data?

    Your personal data shall be processed based on Article 6 Par. 1 items a) and b) or f) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The legitimate interest of ZPSO ROSA Stanisław Rosa is establishing or maintaining business relations with you as well as direct marketing of its products.
