Information on the carbon footprint of ROSA products

ROSA constantly pays attention to pro-ecological initiatives and actively introduces new functionalities in its activities. We strive to ensure that our clients receive the most reliable information about the solutions we implement. We believe that it is important for environmentally conscious customers to obtain full knowledge about the products they buy and their individual impact on the natural environment.

Consequently, ROSA commissioned an independent research body to study its carbon footprint. The products were analyzed by the research company Bureau Veritas Polska in accordance with The GHG Protocol Product Life Cycle Accounting and Reporting Standard. The calculated carbon footprint covers the emissions from the extraction of raw materials to the production of columns, their transport and disposal, thus the entire "life path" of the raw material.

After calculating the carbon footprint for anodized aluminum columns, extension arms and lighting masts, it is time for the next step - informing customers about the test results. A symbol was created along with a numerical quantity informing about the size of the carbon footprint generated for a given product. The new mark was placed on the website next to the product and in the technical sheets of anodized aluminum columns, extension arms and lighting masts before the Cradle to Cradle® certification mark. By downloading this document, you will see information on the amount of carbon footprint produced for a given product.
